Soprano Titanium, How Much Pain and Downtime?

The skin surface remains cool while the inside gradually warms up to a pleasant warm sensation. Because the handpiece continuously rubs the entire face to build up heat, patients usually describe it as 'feeling like a warm stone massage.' When passing over thin-skinned areas like the jawline or cheekbones, you may feel a momentary sting or heat, but if you tell us immediately, we can adjust the energy in real time and continue the procedure without difficulty.

Less pain does not mean weaker results at all. Soprano Titanium delivers energy from the superficial layers to above the deep SMAS layer using three different wavelengths (755nm, 810nm, 1064nm) simultaneously. The cooling system completely blocks pain on the epidermis while densely building up strong thermal energy needed for collagen regeneration deep in the dermis, so you can clearly experience immediate tightening and contour improvement.

However, there is a difference in duration of effect. Compared to Ultherapy PRIME®, which uses ultrasound energy to strongly coagulate the deep SMAS layer and is typically performed about once a year, Soprano Titanium has a relatively shorter duration of effect. Therefore, to consistently maintain the immediate and smooth lifting effect, it is recommended to receive repeat treatments at shorter intervals than Ultherapy PRIME®.

Soprano Titanium minimizes damage to the epidermis, so there is almost no downtime (recovery period). Immediately after the procedure, the skin may become flushed and a mild sensation of heat may remain due to thermal stimulation, but this usually subsides naturally within a few hours to at most one day. No marks such as scabs or bruises remain, so washing your face and applying makeup are possible immediately after the procedure, and there is no burden in having it done during a lunch break or before an important schedule.

There is no interference with daily life, but since the dermis has accumulated 'heat' for collagen regeneration, it is advisable to avoid excessive ice compresses or washing your face with cold water on the day of the procedure. Also, for a few days after the procedure, the skin may become somewhat dry, so apply plenty of regenerative cream and moisturizer, and be sure to use sunscreen when going out. It is recommended to avoid saunas, steam rooms, intense exercise, alcohol, etc., which rapidly raise body temperature, for about 3 to 4 days.
