Sitting in the lecture hall, you can see traces of the different paths each person has taken, even for the same disease. The slides reveal where their considerations deepened and what criteria they used to make judgments. A place where each person openly shares the know-how they have built up in their own field can also make you reconsider familiar treatments.

Medicine changes rapidly. This is why we must not remain with what we already know but continuously examine new research and clinical experiences. Encountering the perspectives of other dermatologists is also a process of reviewing one's own treatment standards.

If what you learn remains as is, it stays as mere knowledge. It becomes treatment only when you bring it to the clinic and tailor it to each individual's skin. This is also why the Heal House directors frequently attend conferences.
