As in-person academic exchanges gradually resume, opportunities to share clinical experiences with dermatologists from overseas are being created. Recently, Dr. Jung Min Bae attended the World Vitiligo Conference held in India, where he had a meeting with dermatologists from various countries to discuss practical directions for vitiligo treatment.
At this congress, Dr. Bae shared research findings accumulated step by step in clinical practice and also directly demonstrated the specific process of micro-punch grafting on site. Based on objective surgical procedures and accumulated clinical data, it was a meaningful time to transparently exchange detailed treatment experiences with fellow doctors from overseas.
The experiences and discussions shared at this conference served as an opportunity to reexamine familiar treatment processes and to more carefully consider methods tailored to each patient's different condition.
