An online academic exchange was held to share practical clinical knowledge with overseas dermatologists without the constraints of space. Recently, Dr. Hanmi Jung conducted a webinar (online seminar) for 14 board-certified dermatologists in Iraq on how to use the Helios IV device from LASEROPTEK Co., Ltd.
Since patients in the Middle East who visit dermatology clinics also have a demand for various pigmentation disorders such as melasma, there was also time to discuss detailed energy adjustment methods and treatment outcomes based on objective data with the attending local dermatologists.
Although the clinical environment differs, Heal House's treatment direction of managing pigmentation safely without excessive stimulation, and furthermore, the meaningful time of transparently sharing with overseas colleagues—this perspective broadened through continuous academic exchanges with overseas dermatologists serves as a positive foundation for enhancing the objectivity of clinical practice.
Although it was an online session, it was a meaningful time to compare experiences accumulated in different clinical environments and discuss the practical direction of pigment treatment.
