Each still-empty page will be filled, one by one, with goals we want to achieve, new ideas, and moments of learning we encounter in daily life. Team members will use this diary to organize meeting and training content, and to record thoughts and points for improvement that arise during patient care and work processes. A small note can become the starting point for discovering a better way, and the accumulated records can serve as a benchmark for preparing the next step.
One person's learning does not remain as a change for that individual alone. The process of sharing the experiences and ideas accumulated in each role comes together to gradually become a force that changes Heal House's patient care, services, and organizational culture.
