Global Skincare Brand SkinCeuticals Asia-Pacific Executives Visit
Executives from Dubai, Southeast Asia, and Australia offices visit a Korean dermatology clinic, noting Heal House's diverse activities spanning clinical care, research, content, and products.
Executives from the Dubai, Southeast Asia, and Australia offices of global skincare brand SkinCeuticals, together with the Korea office, visited Heal House Gangnam Branch. This visit stemmed from a strong interest in K-beauty and Korean dermatology care. They expressed a desire to directly experience and learn about Korean dermatology treatment and skincare culture on site, and also showed interest in Heal House's operational approach and direction, which spans not only treatment but also research, content, and product development.
The delegation's first area of interest was the clinic's treatment environment and spatial layout. They closely examined how actual consultations are conducted and how patient flow is organized. Dr. Hanmi Jung personally guided them through the clinic, introducing Heal House's treatment system, which minimizes patient movement by allowing consultation and procedure to occur in one space rather than requiring relocation between rooms for each step.
After touring the clinic, the discussion naturally turned to Korean dermatology procedures and K-beauty. A variety of questions followed: which procedures are most in demand in Korea, and which lifting treatments receive particularly strong responses from Korean patients. Notably, an executive from the Dubai office shared details about his own skin condition and living environment, directly asking which laser treatment would be suitable for someone residing in Dubai.
In response, the Dermatologist went beyond introducing commonly performed procedures in Korea and explained that even for the same procedure, the appropriate equipment and method must be chosen differently depending on skin tone, skin condition, and living environment.
This was an opportunity to share the clinical principle that since skin characteristics, climate, and living environments differ from country to country, it is important to first assess an individual's skin condition and then select a method that fits, rather than focusing solely on the procedure itself.
Through this visit, the executives from each country's office were able to directly experience not only a wide range of Korean dermatology procedures and clinical workflows, but also the genuine approach to skin care and the treatment standards that Heal House prioritizes. It was a meaningful time to experience firsthand the field of K-beauty—which is gaining global attention beyond cosmetics to include dermatological procedures and medical technology—and to observe within it the treatment standards and direction that Heal House pursues.
