Closer to You: Heal House Gangnam Branch Opens

by Heal House Gangnam Branch

Heal House Gangnam Branch opened in February in the Sinnonhyeon area. It is the fifth location, following the Suwon Branch (opened in 2020), Pangyo, Konkuk University, and Daegu. The clinic carries forward the same philosophy of excellence, warmth, trust, and dedication that has guided it since its founding.

Cherishing each and every connection, we provide only the essential treatments with honesty, pursuing a beauty that lasts longer than trends.

Last February, Heal House Gangnam Branch opened in Sinnonhyeon. It is the fifth space, following Suwon in 2020, then Pangyo, Konkuk University, and Daegu. This step began with the desire to share the philosophy of care—excellence, warmth, trust, and dedication—that we have upheld since we first started the clinic with more people.

"Let's create the one and only dermatology clinic that has never existed before."

Heal House began with this small resolution. Therefore, rather than making its name widely known, the clinic chose the path of cherishing the connection with each individual who visits. The hope is that both the good treatment and the time spent at the clinic will remain as warm memories. Some may have called this a somewhat slow path, but for Heal House, it was the natural way.

The reason for moving from Suwon to Gangnam was no different. It stemmed from the belief that a new space was needed not to perform more procedures, but to deliver proper care and sincerity to more people. It has now been five months since settling in Gangnam, and while the space has changed, the standards we have upheld seem to have become even stronger. After all, the more choices available, the clearer the standards need to be.

And four dermatologists who uphold those standards together continue to provide care here. Led by Dr. Jung Min Bae and Dr. Hanmi Jung, the four dermatologists personally guide each patient from consultation through treatment and follow-up, finding the right approach for each individual. To avoid separating treatment and procedures, the clinic placed the Vitiligo Clinic on the 4th floor and the Anti-Aging Clinic on the 5th floor within the same building. This was based on the belief that treating difficult skin conditions and providing anti-aging care are not separate paths, but part of a single process of caring for a person's skin.

The two lead doctors, who have been together since their time at the Catholic University of Korea College of Medicine, differ in many ways, but their most important belief in "honesty" is the same. This means fully explaining necessary treatments and not recommending unnecessary procedures. In an age of information overload, they consider it an important part of care to help patients sort through the many stories they have already encountered and determine what is correct and by what standards to choose.

Because of this belief, our standards are aligned with time, not trends. We think about results that remain natural over time rather than momentary changes, and we consider the overall balance and harmony rather than looking at only one part of the face. Starting with thorough explanations before the procedure, we carefully check the changes and discomfort you feel during the process, and afterward, the attending Dermatologist reviews the results and continues to accompany you—this is an essential part of our care.

This is because we believe that true trust is built only when patients accurately understand their skin condition and the process of change. Hoping that the trust built with each individual reaches more people, Heal House continues its days without change.
