Lifting Soprano Titanium Ultherapy PRIME®

How many sessions of Soprano Titanium do I need?

Soprano Titanium is generally based on around 3 sessions at 3- to 4-week intervals, followed by maintenance treatments.

How Many Sessions and at What Intervals?

Soprano Titanium is often performed as a set of around 3 sessions at 3- to 4-week intervals. The most common question during consultations is how many sessions are needed. This is because Titanium does not create strong coagulation points in a single treatment but instead gently accumulates heat at multiple depths, so repeating treatments at set intervals to build up collagen regeneration is an effective design.

However, this is an average guideline; the appropriate number of sessions and intervals vary depending on age, skin elasticity, degree of sagging, and lifestyle. People in their 20s and 30s with mild loss of elasticity may be satisfied with fewer sessions, while those with pronounced sagging may need more sessions or consider combining with other lifting treatments. It is most important to have your skin condition assessed and to create a plan tailored to you.

Can One Session Be Effective?

Many people feel an immediate tightening effect and smoother skin texture from collagen contraction after just one session. The heat stimulation in the dermis causes existing collagen to contract, which can create a lifting sensation right after treatment, so some people receive only one session for management before an important event.

However, the immediate change after one session may partially reverse over time, and it takes several weeks of regeneration and repeated stimulation for sufficient new collagen to form. Therefore, if you want lasting improvement in elasticity, completing a planned series of sessions is generally more favorable in terms of results than a single trial.

How Often Should Maintenance Treatments Be Done?

After completing the initial sessions, maintenance treatments are generally recommended every 6 months. The effects of Soprano Titanium vary by individual but are known to last an average of 6 months to 1 year, so periodic management before the effects fade can help maintain stable elasticity.

The maintenance interval may vary depending on skin aging rate, weight changes, and UV exposure. Some people receive treatments every season change, while others manage once every 6 months to 1 year, so it is reasonable to adjust the interval by checking your skin condition during regular visits.

Do I Need to Complete All Sessions to See Results?

Even before completing all sessions, changes appear progressively with each session, and completing the planned number of sessions allows collagen regeneration to accumulate, leading to more stable results. In other words, it is not that "results only start after completing all sessions," but rather that improvements build up with each session.

However, if you stop after 1-2 sessions because the change is not significant, the stimulation may be cut off before collagen remodeling is fully underway, potentially leading to disappointing results. The speed of response varies greatly between individuals, so it is advisable to check your progress with a board-certified dermatologist and adjust the number of sessions, energy, and intervals accordingly.

Can I Alternate with Other Lifting Treatments?

Yes, Soprano Titanium is often planned alternately or in combination with other lifting treatments that have different depths and mechanisms of action. Laser (Titanium), radiofrequency (Thermage® FLX, Alltite), and ultrasound (Ultherapy PRIME®) each primarily stimulate different layers, so with appropriate intervals, they can form complementary combinations.

ProceduresEnergy typeMain target layer
Soprano Titanium3-wavelength laserMultiple dermal depths
Thermage® FLX · AlltiteRadiofrequency (RF)Dermis to subcutaneous fat boundary
Ultherapy PRIME®Focused ultrasoundSMAS layer (superficial musculoaponeurotic system)

For example, you can combine treatments so that deeper layers are managed once a year with Ultherapy PRIME® or Thermage® FLX, while in between, Soprano Titanium manages dermal elasticity and skin texture. However, since receiving consecutive heat-based treatments on the same area requires adjusting the intervals, we recommend that you always plan the order and timing of combined treatments through a consultation with a dermatologist.
