Lifting Thermage® FLX Ultherapy PRIME®

How much should I budget for a lifting treatment?

Your lifting budget is determined by the equipment grade, number of shots, and treatment area. Treatments that require multiple sessions, such as Soprano Titanium and Alltite, and intensive treatments that provide long-lasting results from a single session, such as Thermage® FLX and Ultherapy PRIME®, have different budget structures. Therefore, it is more reasonable to plan an annual budget based on the maintenance period rather than the cost per session.

How does the budget differ between entry-level and premium lifting procedures?

Lifting budgets are divided according to the equipment grade, depth of action, and duration of effect from a single session. Laser lifting such as Soprano Titanium and RF lifting such as Alltite start at a relatively accessible budget and are performed cumulatively over multiple sessions. In contrast, Thermage® FLX (RF) and Ultherapy PRIME® (ultrasound targeting the SMAS layer) have a higher cost per session but are known to provide relatively longer-lasting results from a single treatment.

In other words, it is more accurate to understand this as a structural difference between a "cumulative type requiring frequent sessions" and an "intensive type received once a year" rather than a "low-cost vs. high-cost" comparison. The final budget is then determined by the number of shots (e.g., 300 shots, 600 shots), the treatment area (full face, jawline, including neck), and the type of tip used.

If your lifting budget is limited, where should you start?

If your budget is limited, focusing on one area where your concerns are most noticeable tends to yield higher satisfaction. Rather than covering the entire face superficially, concentrating your budget on the area that bothers you most—such as a sagging jawline, double chin, or nasolabial folds—and securing an adequate number of shots for that area typically produces clearer results.

The stage of aging also serves as a criterion. If sagging is just beginning, it is common to start with cumulative treatments (laser or RF lifting) to establish a maintenance routine. If sagging is already advanced, it is generally recommended to prioritize intensive treatments with greater per-session effects (Thermage® FLX or Ultherapy PRIME®). Which approach is right depends on skin thickness, fat volume, and the degree of sagging, so a diagnosis comes first.

Can splitting lifting treatments into sessions reduce the financial burden?

Yes, spreading out the treatment schedule can reduce the burden of a single payment while also filling in gaps between effects. For example, you could receive an intensive lifting treatment in the first half of the year and then maintain the results with maintenance treatments such as collagen boosters or hydro lifting in the second half.

Intensive treatments can also be performed by dividing the area. Splitting the area — for example, the jawline and cheeks this time, and the eye area and forehead next time — reduces the budget per session. However, dividing the area too finely may compromise overall harmony, so it is advisable to decide the order and intervals of the divisions in consultation with your Dermatologist.

How do you calculate the annual lifting budget including maintenance costs?

An annual budget is typically calculated based on a structure of "1–2 main treatments + several maintenance treatments." Since Thermage® FLX is usually planned once a year and Ultherapy PRIME® every 6 months to 1 year, the annual number of main treatments forms the major part of the budget.

ComponentTreatment natureTypical interval
Main lifting (Thermage® FLX, Ultherapy PRIME®)Intensive type with long-lasting single-session effectOnce every 6 months to 1 year
Supplementary lifting (Alltite, Soprano Titanium, 10THERMA)Cumulative type / intermediate maintenanceMaintain interval after cumulative sessions
Maintenance (boosters, hydro lifting, etc.)Skin texture, hydration, regeneration managementEvery few weeks to months

By dividing into these three layers—main, supplementary, and maintenance—and creating an annual table, total expenditure becomes more predictable, and impulsive additional treatments can be reduced. Since intervals vary depending on individual aging speed and lifestyle habits, it is advisable to adjust them through regular check-ups.

How do you set priorities within your lifting budget?

The principle for setting priorities is to follow the order of "the change that bothers you most → the layer responsible for that change → the equipment suitable for that layer." For example, if sagging is your concern, prioritize HIFU lifting that targets the SMAS layer; if reduced elasticity and fine lines are the issue, prioritize RF lifting that stimulates collagen in the dermal layer; if you also want to improve skin texture and tone, consider laser-based treatments first.

Even with the same budget, the optimal combination varies depending on the diagnosis. Therefore, rather than deciding on a specific treatment name before your visit, we recommend consulting with us about your areas of concern. Heal House is equipped with layer-specific devices such as Thermage® FLX, Ultherapy PRIME®, and Alltite, and we can help you design priorities tailored to your budget and skin condition.
