The 1450 nm wavelength of A+LASER is well absorbed by water in the skin. Cooling is applied to the surface to protect the epidermis, while heat is directed to the sebaceous glands in the dermis. The heated sebaceous glands become less active, reducing sebum production, and the same heat stimulates surrounding collagen, which can help refine pores and skin texture.
The most common reactions after A+LASER treatment are temporary redness, heat sensation, and mild swelling.
Common Symptoms

Rare Symptoms
Hyperpigmentation (PIH), hypopigmentation, blisters or burns, temporary worsening of acne
