SYLFIRM X delivers radiofrequency thermal energy directly into the skin using microneedles that adjust depth from 0.3 mm to 4.0 mm. When the needles reach the target depth, the radiofrequency coagulates the surrounding tissue, and during the recovery process, collagen is produced, which may improve elasticity, wrinkles, and skin texture. Since the needle surface is not insulated, energy is delivered along the entire path of insertion. In the mode that repeatedly delivers ultra-short pulses, it is designed to also act on microvessels and pigmented lesions in the upper dermis.
The most common reactions after SYLFIRM X treatment are temporary redness, swelling, and fine crusts from needle marks. These usually subside within a few days.
