The Biaxis GV LASER uses its two wavelengths—532nm and 1064nm—selectively based on the target. The 532nm wavelength is well absorbed by melanin and hemoglobin near the epidermis, targeting spots and telangiectasia. The 1064nm wavelength reaches deeper layers, delivering heat to deeper blood vessels and collagen. When the Genesis mode—which applies low energy in multiple stacked passes—is added, dermal temperature is gradually raised, allowing redness and skin texture to be refined together.
The most common reactions after Biaxis GV LASER treatment are temporary redness and a feeling of heat, which usually subside within a few hours.
