How painful is the SKINVIVE™ by JUVÉDERM® treatment?

SKINVIVE™ by JUVÉDERM® is often performed after applying a numbing cream for sufficient time, so you can undergo the procedure with less discomfort. However, because a fine needle is used to inject multiple points closely, you may feel a pricking sensation. If you are sensitive, please let us know in advance so we can adjust the pace.

Yes, due to the nature of SKINVIVE™ by JUVÉDERM® — injecting fine particles into multiple points — you may feel small bumps or see slight swelling, which is a normal response. These usually spread evenly and settle smoothly over time. If they last longer than expected, please contact the clinic.

You may feel a slight moisture immediately after SKINVIVE™ by JUVÉDERM® treatment, but the real changes appear gradually as the hyaluronic acid draws in moisture and settles. Over time, many people notice smoother skin texture and a subtle glow.

How long do the effects of SKINVIVE™ by JUVÉDERM® typically last?

SKINVIVE™ by JUVÉDERM® is known to have relatively good longevity compared to other hydrating Skin Boosters. However, hyaluronic acid is gradually broken down in the body over time and naturally fades. The duration may vary depending on metabolic rate, lifestyle habits, and sun exposure.
